What a day. Wow. Work was... interesting. Suicidal Schitzophrenic (SP?!) girls with steak knives - on my watch. Lovely. Nothing too exciting.
It was the phone calls that came (or...didn't.) that sort of made the impression for the day... Yeah. It was my birthday. ( Birthday emotional rollercoaster here... )

ahhh... anyway. Off to read more of my book, and perhaps fall asleep... Deep thought for the evening: How can I Love you so much, when you'll never even notice?

Oo, and present highlights for the day: DAD wins the gold star so far.. haha... he got me a mini-microwave (actually, it's not that small), that fits perfectly on top of the mini-fridge, both now residing under my desk corner here. I never have to leave my hobbit-hole again. ;-) hahaha..... Just THINK of how long I can sit and play D2, NOW. I have a fridge, microwave, and I'm within 10 feet of a water source and a bathroom. YEEEHAW.
Oh, and winning an honorable mention for sentimentality and "paying-attention-ness" goes to Dom: a small *framed* picture collage of us (from our UK trip, packed in the midst of not one, but SIX bags of Marshmellows. (he knows that they are SUCH a weakness of mine, and what I constantly crave at bonfires... and for somereason, there never IS any when I want them.)... oh, and randomly included in the package (who knows. It's Dom.), a small Hello-kitty Ice pack (which, subsequently fits PERFECTLY into the mini-fridge), and (my FAVORITE. ahah) one of those like dehydrated towel things... you know, they come in a teeny-tiny shape (in this case, a cloud), and when you put them in water, they blow up and unravel to find a full-sized towel... which is a winged horse. Very cute. hahaha.

It's never about the gifts for me, but it's just funny to see the personalities come out in gifts... or what they think of me.... so funny. Love it.

Anyway. Shutting up now. Sleep time.


OH, and tomorrow...actually technically TODAY, PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN 2 - with the infamous Mr.Depp - comes OUT!!!! EEE!!! Movies tonight, anyone?!!
